How can I book a transfer?

You can order our transportation and services related to travel:

  • on-line via our website (non-stop)
  • e-mail - by sending a request to transfer@airtrans.sk (we will send a link to booking)
  • personally - at the sales points of our partners

When can I order a transport at the latest?

You can booking a transport at least 48 hours before leaving the vehicle / minibus.

What vehicle will I travel with?

Our agency uses our and our partners' vehicles for driving. Combi passenger vehicles (SuperB, Tipo, i40,...) for 1 - 3 passengers and minibuses (Ford, Renault, Opel,...) for max. 7 passengers. The vehicles are comfortably equipped - tinted windows, separate two-zone air conditioning for passengers, enhanced heating for passengers, sufficient space for luggage,...

I will be traveling with a child, can you provide a car seat?

Of course yes.

If necessary, we will provide a booster seat or a car seat according to the need and age of the child free of charge.

My flight is late, will the driver wait for me at the airport?

Yes, the first 30 mins. of waiting is free, there is a charge for each additional hour of waiting.

In case of delay, the vehicle waits a maximum of 3 hours, then leaves.

How much baggage can I take?

The price of transportation includes 1 piece of luggage up to 20 kg + 1 piece of hand luggage per person.

Any additional luggage according to the capacity of the vehicle.

The surcharge for a bicycle (in a box), skis, snowboard,... is €50 (surcharge for a minibus).

If you have more than one piece of luggage, it must be reported to dispatch so that we can provide a sufficiently large vehicle.

Can I choose the vehicle type?

Yes, if you require a minibus (for an extra charge), write to us.

How many drivers will I travel with abroad?

The safety and comfort of the passengers is paramount, therefore two professional drivers are always deployed for all journeys longer than 550 km.
