Important informations

1. Pick up and dropp off point:

Pick up and dropp off point is always same as in Košice as at the airports.

The passengers must be at the pick up point at least 10 minutes before scheduled departure time.

• from Slovakia - from address for private transfer
• Budapest airport - green parking "TERMINAL PARKING" (in front of the "Parking customer service" office)
• Wienna airport - carpark downstairs infront of arrivals
• Krakow airport - carparking Kiss & Fly infront of arrivals - international terminal T1

2. Flight delay:

The vehicle waits for late passengers for 30 minutes free of charge, then for a fee of €10 for every half hour (30 minutes) started.

As soon as all booked passengers arrive the minibus will leave.

• If passenger will not inform our customer service about flight delay and will not enter the minibus the rezervation will be cancelled with no refund.
• In case of flight delay or cancelled flight under 48h prior to booked transfer our company is not taking any responsibility for consequences if passenger will not arrive to pick up point within departure time and rezervation will be cancelled under cancellation policy. No refund apply.
  

3.  Cancellation of transfer:

Rezervation cancellation charge more than 48 hours prior to booked transfer:

• cancellation fee is 30 % from the price of the transport

Cancellation or change of rezervation less than 48 hours prior to booked transfer is not possible (100 % from the price of the transport), including flight delay or cancelled flight, or in extraordinary situations, ie. by declaring extraordinary measures declared by the state authority (regulatory authority) of the Slovak Republic or the target state! No refund apply.
